Jippiajeh!!! Das Gröbste ist rum. Und da bin ich auch froh drum. Und wenn ich mich im Umfeld meiner Mitstreiter so umhöre gehts nicht nur mir so. Ich denke die meisten sind froh dass das Training geschafft ist und jetzt warten wir alle dass uns der Race Day dann endlich für alle unsre Mühen entlohnt.
Zwei Wochen vor dem IM kann ich mit folgenden nüchternen Zahlen aufwrten: 240km geschwommen, 6500km Rad gefahren und 1800km gelaufen. Und das alles ab Oktober 2008.
Die letzten zwei Wochen seit Hannover habe ich versucht noch mal den letzten Schliff zu setzen. Allerdings wurde es von Tag zu Tag mühseliger sich und seinen Körper zu motivieren. Schön war das Schwimmen. Am Samstag gings in den Langener Waldsee zum offiziellen Streckentest. Laut Herrn Denk war die abgesteckte Strecke zwar nur 3,6km lang, aber zusammen mit Bernie stiegen wir nach 01:02 ausm Wasser und waren damit auch recht zufrieden. Am Donnertag war ich dann noch mal in Langen (Sailfish-Nightswim) und zusammen mit Claudi, Arnd, Thomas und Diana Wollinger haben wir dann so nette Trias wir Lothar und Nicole Leder, Kai Hundertmark und - siehe da - Chris MacCormac durch den See gejagt.
Heute gehts noch mal nach Niedernberg um beim Honischlauf meinen ersten Strassenzehner 2009 zu laufen. Mal sehen was geht. Ich denke ne 36er Zeit ist drin. Morgen noch mal 2,5h Rad und a bisserl Schwimmen. Montag dann der letzte 30er und dann 3 Tage Ruhe. Wenn ich jetzt noch ungeschoren den Magen/Darminfekt meiner Frau überstehe
wirds ein Fest am 05.07.
